Job Title: Sales & Support Assistant

About Us: Navboys is a small, rapidly growing team of 4 full-time employees and a varied part-time team. Based in Congleton, we are the number one glider pilot shop in the UK, one of the biggest glider workshops and are constantly expanding our range of products and services to better support the aviation market. We require support to help us grow and will invest in your training.
Position: Part-Time (20 hours per week), scalable to full-time in the long term for the right candidate. Flexible hours.
Compensation: Salary of £25k per annum pro-rata for hours worked, with benefits and pension.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform hands-on technical skills, such as soldering and small computer repairs, which full training will be provided for.
- Perform flight instrument calibrations, which full training will be provided for.
- Work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Support the team in various sales and support activities, such as preparing orders, website updates, and the opportunity to represent Navboys at events
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Office range of products.
- Ability or willingness to learn hands-on technical skills, such as soldering and small computer repairs.
- Able to work independently.
- Interest in general aviation, especially gliding, preferred but not essential
- Able to work from our offices in Congleton, UK.
