I have a basic LX9000 without power flarm ( only single antenna). I have previously used both the classic dipole antenna and the Lambda with ground plane version. After one flight with the Range-O-magic version I can report roughly double the range with the sucker mounting below and forward of the left side DV panel. I still have less range front right, possibly the instrument panel blocks the signal from there so will try mounting the antenna a bit higher on the next flight.
